1. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods for products and services ordered from OptecFiber.com include all Major Credit Cards, Bank Wire Transfers, Money Orders. All items will ship to the the billing address of the Credit Card used. PO's are accepted from approved Companies, please contact sales for approval.

All International Orders must Pay Thru Bank Wire Transfer.

2. Freight Policy
All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped by Express, freight collect or third-party bill unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Please advise method of shipment and preferred carrier when order is placed.

3. Warranty
New Products purchased: OPTEC offers a one year manufacturer’s warranty on most new products purchased.

4. Return Policy
All items being returned must first be approved by OPTEC.
